About the role This role is all about keeping the financial wheels turning! You'll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial records. Responsibilities: ⦁ Receipt, payment, sales and purchase entry in tally and also do expenses entry in tally. ⦁ Maintain Stock in tally and preparation Bank Reconciliation daily, monthly and year end process. ⦁ Preparing GST calculation in Excel GSTR1, GSTR3B and also doing reconciliation and filling of GST return and making payment and working TDS and Professional Tax. ⦁ Handling Petty Cash and preparing Debit and Credit Note. ⦁ Preparing of Clients Payments and accurate posting of the same in accounting systems. ⦁ Doing payments through cheques/RTGS/NEFT & vendor account/ledger reconciliation. Coordinate with the customer from collect order and processing daily billing, verifying as per order. ⦁ Follow up payment against the bill with customer and Drafting mail to the client and Vendor and also filling all necessary documents. ⦁ Preparing report of MIS monthly and yearly basis and finalization of Balance Sheet. ⦁ Generating and maintaining day to day MIS data. ⦁ Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis. ⦁ Preparation of Debtors Report working in Excel and Follow-Up. ⦁ Preparing of fund position and E-Invoicing on GST portal. ⦁ Handling multiple Company’s accounts and finalization.
