Job Description
· Accounting:
1. Handling daily accounting tasks like ledger entries, expenses tracking, invoicing, collections, Cash and Bank reconciliation
2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
3. Prepare financial statements and reports on a periodical basis as per Management requirement
4. Having basic knowledge of GST, TDS and other compliances like shop and establishment. Should be able to raise E-invoices in GST portal
· Administrative Support:
1. Assist in general administrative duties including office Infrastructure management, vendor coordination and procurement.
2. Managing office equipment and other Annual maintenance contracts for office infrastructure.
3. Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring availability and functionality of infrastructure in office.
4. Co-ordinate with Legal team for SLA/NDA and other contracts with Customers and vendors.
5. Co-ordinate with Customers for SLA/ NDA and other agreements.
