Job Description
Key Responsibilities: General Accounting: · Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions including purchase, sales, expenses, and receipts. · Handle journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and trial balance. · Ensure timely booking of invoices and payments to vendors, service providers, and employees. Statutory Compliance: · Assist in Taxation GST computation, returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and TDS compliance. · Knowledge of PT/ PF/ ESIC/ TDS calculations · Support annual audits, internal audits, and tax assessments by preparing required documentation. · Working knowledge of Banking related documentation related for Export / Import. · Sound understanding of inward and outward remittances MIS & Reporting: · Generate timely MIS reports, vendor ageing reports, receivables/payables reports, and cash flow summaries. · Coordinate with external consultants for statutory filings and financial closures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your current CTC and Notice Period Experience: Accounting in Chemical or Pharma Company: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2026
