Executive Accounts Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform Day to Day Accounting
2. Maintain all bills and payment requisition slips
3. Maintains documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, statements and asset registers.
4. Passing Sales and purchase entry
5. Ensure timely bank payments
6. Managing all accounting transactions
7. TDS deduction and reconciliation
8. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
+. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
10. Assist in audit and closing of financial statements
11. Comply with financial policies and regulations
12. Should have good knowledge and experience in using tally software
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Sound Knowledge of SAP , Excel.
