Job Description
Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and courier dispatch.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and facility services.
Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Maintain stock of office supplies and reorder as necessary as required.
Perform data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets as instructed.
Help in managing bills, and basic record keeping under supervision.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Polite and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Arts / Business Administration or equivalent.
Internships or previous admin experience (up to 1 year) preferred but not mandatory.
