Job Description
Qualification – Graduate with proficiency in English and good communication skills
Experience - 2 to 3 years
Salary – As per industry standards
Location - Gurugram
· Maintain professional appearance at all times
· Attend & greet visitors
· Responsible for handling & transferring internal & external calls to the desired extensions
· Note messages and arrange call back on need basis
· Search, receive & maintain record of vendors, bills, petty cash etc. for daily office needs
· Ensure proper housekeeping of front office, work area, ACs etc. to maintain cleanliness
· Take care of routine repair & maintenance services
· Maintain office supplies including pantry, stationary etc. to ensure availability at all times
· Negotiate with vendors to get the best rates for office supplies and repair & maintenance services
· Maintain courier register for both incoming & outgoing letters / documents etc.
· Maintain visiting cards in proper card holders and update contact list regularly
· Arrange travel, hotel booking, tickets etc.
· Maintain attendance records of employees & visitors
· Assist in maintain & storage of documents
· General Office coordination with intelligent & efficient actions
· Manage day to day administration and be the first point of contact admin function

· Should be good in MS office
· Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language
· Highly organized and good administration ability
