Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Admin:
• Check stationery and pantry items on a daily basis and order the required items.
• Time-attendance coordination for Bangalore and out-station employees
• Coordinate with HR for Emps Welfare distribution
• Coordination with HR for the list of new hires and management of the initial requirements for new joiners
• Co-ordinate with the housekeeping team for office & pantry cleaning, coffee machine ingredients, and potted plants inside the premises.
• Travel Desk: On request, booking of cabs, flight tickets, and hotels
• Courier Management
• Visitors Management
• Stationary Management
• On an as-needed basis, travel to nearby local shops for any office requirements.
Supply Chain Management (SCM):
• Vendor Management (Admin)
• Check, verify, and prepare a purchase request (PR), a purchase order (PO), and a good receipt note (GRN) for Bangalore admin invoices
• Submit the PO and GRN to the finance department.
• Maintain and file the hard copies of PO and GRN in the storage room, and maintain the check list in Excel.
Finance:
• File Management (Purchase Voucher, Journal Voucher, Payment Voucher, Export, GST)
• Travel to banks for cheque deposits and any important document handovers.
• Coordinate with vendors, collect, and file missing bills on a regular basis.
• Preparing vendors' C-form details, covering letters, and sending them to vendors.
Marketing:
• Packing and unpacking of seminar (marketing material) containers
• Inventory management and coordination with the marketing team
• Check on the availability of marketing-related products for seminars and exhibitions.
Expectations & Qualifications:
• Any bachelor's degree
• Preferred Communication: English and Kannada.
• Good computer knowledge. i.e., MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, etc.
• 5 days of office work per week, + hours per day, and Saturdays are the need basis.
• Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
