• Labor, PF & ESIC, MPCB Coordination with locals, police authorities, Other Govt.
authorities Managing Facility
• Soft Services (Pantry + Toiletries + HK + Stationary + Printer Cartage ordering) Security of the premises Vendor management, Coordination with Landlord Capex & Opex budgeting and Expense Tracking Scrap
• MEPL
• MPCB Hazardous Waste management, OWC.
Cost Sharing with with other bldg.
tenants Expenses back charging details Managing & balancing stakeholders Desired Skills & Experience Hands on experience for employee transport, security & cafeteria mgmt.
Good experience in handling locals, local contractor, Labor & Police Authorities Flexible for working in shifts, extended hours in case required Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, and constructive approach.
Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision. Ability to prioritize own workload and work to tight time scales & deadlines. Ability to deal with a wide range of public and private qualities/attributes. Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization. Able to remain positive and constructive under pressure. Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within sphere of work and knowledge. Flexible to travel around to different locations on an occasional basis. Flexible approach to working hours and practices. Exceptional organizational and administrative skills. Experience in office management. Must have at least 10 years and above experience in administration work
