Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
Track tasks, priorities, and company projects
Support communication, documentation, and internal organization
Help oversee and follow up on ongoing company initiatives
Accounting & Financial Administration
Maintain company books using QuickBooks Online
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Organize financial records and accounting documentation
Support general bookkeeping and financial administration
Technology & Productivity
Use ChatGPT / AI tools to assist with research, drafting, and productivity
Maintain tracking systems using Excel or Google Sheets
Help improve administrative workflows and internal processes
Required Skill
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
Excellent skills with Excel / spreadsheets
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Autonomous, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Language Requirements
