Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential real estate transactions from pre-sale through close, including listings, escrow, inspections, disclosures, and post-closing documentation
Coordinate timelines and ensure all deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements are met
Prepare, review, and manage contracts, disclosures, and transaction files with a high level of accuracy
Serve as a liaison between clients, escrow, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and cooperating agents
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring clean data, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Track listing activity, key dates, and client communications
Support day-to-day administrative needs of the agent, including scheduling, document management, and prioritization of tasks
Required Qualifications
Active California Real Estate License (required)
Proven experience managing real estate transactions from listing to closing
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with real estate CRMs and transaction management platforms
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a top-producing agent or team
Familiarity with California real estate contracts and compliance requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
