Job Description
Our agency consists of 30 creatives with a proven track record of helping clients grow their businesses through effective marketing strategies. We work with leading & upcoming D2C brands spread across India, mostly in the beauty & skincare, and food industries.
You will work closely with the founder to p rovide administrative support by performing a wide variety of activities. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain contact lists, screen and prioritize incoming emails, meeting requests, etc.
Act as a liaison between the founder and internal and external stakeholders
Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
Handle other administrative duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Provide event management support as requested.
Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation.
Handle and maintain employee databases.
Work with the Management to build key processes that will improve the overall communication and work efficiency of the organization.
Liaison with all HODs and, prepare reports & update the founder.
Help the founder create and curate content for various social media platforms.
Help with PR activities such as getting in touch with speakers, PR agencies etc.
Qualification & experience:
Good networking skills with an ability to work well with all levels of internal management, clients and other stakeholders.
Proven experience working in a dynamic workforce as part of a growing team.
Attention to detail is a must, and an understanding of how to create and set up systems and processes is important.
Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.
Location:
Our team is currently working from an office in JP Nagar. We expect you to come to the office five times a week (Monday to Friday).
