The Job
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team of Chartered Accountants. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, as well as maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining the schedules of the Chartered Accountants, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
• Preparing and submitting expense reports, handling travel arrangements, and making reservations as needed.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and webinars, and preparing meeting materials as required.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports, including researching and compiling data and statistics.
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team, including copying, scanning, and printing documents, ordering office supplies, and handling other office-related tasks.
The Profile
Skills required:
• You have minimum 1+ years of experience as a Executive Assistant or similar role
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• You have discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• You have flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
