Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, drafting correspondence, and facilitating communication between departments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage CEO's calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Draft and edit emails, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed, such as expense report management.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
