Roles and responsibilities:
1. Good Computer Knowledge is must to handle daily communication and correspondence through Email, phone, whatsapp and other social media platforms
2. Can make good PPTs
3. Preparing periodic MIS, Meeting notes and organise business building Activities
4. Excellent follow ups skills and is precisely aware about the tasks involved in office administration and Operations and can manage and delegate instructions to the housekeeping for good upkeep & maintenance of office.
5. Good letter writing skills MUST, can take dictations, draft letters, send mails, sending introductory mails to corporate clients. Knowledge of filing work, and internal correspondence.
6. Record Keeping – Online & physical files
7. Data Entry
8. Online Research : Searching web to retrieve topic related information, LinkedIn Profiles to building rapport, Social Media Promotions
+. Managing emails/appointments/calendar of MD
10. Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed
