Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. You will tasks for the management such as manage communications, meetings, follow-ups, creating reports, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Job Profile
· Manage scheduling and to-do list for company executive(s)
· Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
· Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
· Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
· Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
· Taking minutes and creating reports
· Coordinate travel arrangements
Work Experience
· Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company or as an office coordinator (experience in admin, coordinating)
Educational Qualification
· Graduate from a secretarial college.
