The Motion Story is a creative powerhouse across strategy, design, motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, ad films, experiential marketing and AI content. What you will be responsible for
Founder Support and Execution
• Work closely with the Founder, Mayank Khandelwal, to support day to day execution and follow ups
• Track action points from meetings, calls and discussions and ensure timely closure
• Manage reminders, coordination and basic scheduling to reduce dependency on the Founder’s memory
• Prepare simple summaries, task lists and trackers to keep things organised
Operations and Coordination
• Coordinate with internal team members, freelancers and vendors on ongoing tasks
• Track timelines, deliverables and dependencies across projects
• Follow up proactively to ensure work moves without delays
• Flag risks, delays or blockers early instead of reacting late
• This role focuses on execution support and coordination, not people management
Systems and Reporting
• Maintain simple trackers for tasks, projects and follow ups
• Ensure updates are captured in the right tools, sheets or documents
• Share clear daily or weekly status updates with the Founder
• Keep visibility on what is done, what is pending and what needs attention
• No complex dashboards or heavy processes. Simple systems that actually work.
Communication and Discipline
• Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and the team
• Ensure instructions given by the Founder are followed up and closed
• Maintain basic operational discipline around timelines and commitments
• Support HR and admin tasks such as attendance tracking, coordination and documentation when required
Founder Partnership
• Work closely with Mayank to reduce his operational load so he can focus on strategy, sales and growth
• Ensure decisions made by the Founder are executed properly
• Anticipate small issues early and help resolve them before they become big problems
• This role is about supporting execution, not taking strategic decisions
What makes you a fit
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, admin, EA or similar roles
• Strong communication skills and comfort in following up with people
• Highly organised, detail oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, founder driven environment
• Hands on with basic tools like Google Sheets, trackers and documents
• Bias for action, ownership mindset and willingness to learn
• This is a junior level role, ideal for someone looking to grow into operations over time
