Responsible for all over coordination on behalf of the MD Office
Supporting the development of the company’s long-term organizational strategy.
Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes & departments.
Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
Assessing market trends and competitors and Identifying threats and opportunities in the industry and for the company.
Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
Monitoring and reporting on department/zone progress
Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
Perform research and come up with meaningful projects that benefit the community
Develop project proposals and implementation plans with budgets
Key Skills
Degree in business/strategy or related field, MBA preferred.
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Maturity to deal with diverse sets of people
Coordination amongst departments. Person will be Key coordinator for strategy team
Basic analysis skills & Strong leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Fluency in English and Hindi communication – verbal and written
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Outstanding problem solving, research and analytical abilities.
Project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Google drive
Proficiency in critical and structured thinking to be able to design company wide strategy.
Be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset to come up with meaningful projects for the betterment of the organisation
