Job Summary:
To perform a variety of administrative tasks and secretarial work of our CEO, Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, able to take care of CEO emails, preparing various departmental reports and basic admin work. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, time management skills, analytical skill, good logical reasoning. Ultimately, EA will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to CEO.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among Owner, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage CEO’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other staff
Act as an admin manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any steam, Master’s will be added advantage
At least 1-5 Years of Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge

Salary: ₹24,060.82 - ₹40,2+5.+3 per month
