Position: Executive Assistant to Chairman
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 1.5 - 2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives & Perks
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Chairman. This role requires an individual who can manage the Chairman’s calendar, handle confidential matters, and coordinate across departments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with travel and should possess excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman’s calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Accompany the Chairman for business travel as required.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings; ensure all logistics are in place.
Arrange refreshments and setup facilities for scheduled meetings.
Maintain Chairman’s medical and doctor appointment schedules.
Handle documentation for contracts, transactions, and compliance.
Take appointments with government bodies on behalf of the Chairman.
Maintain complete confidentiality and act with discretion.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with department heads and team members.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for updates and engagements.
Travel Policy:
If based in home city: Only official meeting travel expenses covered.
If based in other cities: All travel, stay, and food expenses covered by the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / OSD / Personal Assistant.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
