Description
As a fast-paced IT company, we require a reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant who will work directly with and for the CEO of our company. An ideal candidate would likely possess professionalism, self-motivation, and the capability of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics on behalf of the CEO
• Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes to the appropriate parties
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
• Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO
• Manage communication with other executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g e-calendars and printers)
• Perform other duties as assigned
