The Opportunity
As the Executive Assistant, you'll work closely with a highly respected Strategy Consultant who spends most of the week meeting clients. Your role will be to make this possible - from scheduling appointments and planning travel routes to managing internal communications and keeping key processes running smoothly.
You'll also gain unique exposure to high-level strategy, marketing, and project insights, making this a career-enhancing opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
• Scheduling and coordinating 2-3 daily meetings with schools and education leaders.
• Engaging with warm contacts to secure meaningful appointments.
• Managing calendars, logistics, and team scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborating with marketing and executive teams to align on shared deliverables.
• Keeping CRM systems, meeting agendas, and reports accurate and up to date.
• Planning travel routes to optimise time spent with clients
Requirements

• Confident and articulate communicator, comfortable building rapport over the phone.
• Strong logistical and planning skills, with a geographical mindset.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or client-facing roles is advantageous.

• Salary: £35,000-£45,000, depending on experience.
