Job Position : Executive Assistant with HR & Admin
Location - Kandivali ,Mumbai
Experience : 3 to 5 years in similar position
Job Profile / Requirement
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, Ability to work & build relationship with broad range of people, stakeholders incl Staff, Board members, external partners.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
• HQ & Branches Liaison & coordination across all levels of organization
• Booking and managing Senior executives meetings & travel arrangements
• Other secretarial jobs for CEOs office
• Assisting Finance Manager in payroll activities of the company.
• HR Functions, Recruitment, Onboarding, compliance, statutory knowledge, Employee engagement , Events planning etc.
• Administration jobs across all branches of the company.
• Proficient in MS Word , Excel and preparing PPTs , MIS reports , Petty cash management , expense reports etc.
• Someone with previous EA, HR, Admin background preferred.
Experienced Female candidates from Western suburbs preferred
