Job Title: Executive Chef

Chefpal is a rapidly growing meal kit delivery service looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and testing recipes, sourcing high-quality ingredients, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that our customers receive delicious and healthy meals every week.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and test new recipes to ensure a variety of tasty and nutritious options for customers.
· Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers to ensure that every meal is fresh and flavorful.
· Manage the kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and packaging.
· Ensure that all meals are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of meals to customers.
· Manage inventory levels and order ingredients as needed to maintain stock.
· Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent meal preparation and high-quality standards.
· Continuously evaluate and improve the meal preparation process to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
· Assist with menu planning and development based on customer feedback and dietary restrictions.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 year of experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen, with experience in recipe development and testing.
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Experience managing kitchen staff and operations.
· Passion for cooking and a strong desire to create delicious and healthy meals.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
· Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
