Executive Chef! Lead a Well-Established, High-Quality Café Group
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations across two busy, well-established cafés.
With over a decade of success and a loyal customer base, we’ve built a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and doing things properly — including baking all of our own bread, croissants, and cakes in-house.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in mentoring teams and delivering exceptional food every day.
About the Role
Oversee kitchen operations across two café locations
Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and bakers
Maintain and elevate our already strong food reputation
Work closely with ownership on menu development and business growth
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and high standards across both sites
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach (this is not an office role)
Solid background in baking and pastry (bread, croissants, cakes)
Ability to manage multiple venues and teams
Passion for quality, systems, and continuous improvement
