Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience advising public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on executive compensation and benefits matters. Relevant experience includes EC/EB aspects of M&A and private equity transactions, employment and severance agreements, equity compensation, deferred compensation arrangements, executive agreements, and counseling on benefits plan design, implementation, and compliance.
This is a highly regarded EC/EB practice with meaningful cross-practice collaboration and substantial client exposure for associates. The practice group provides associates with substantive responsibility, hands-on experience, and direct client interaction early in their careers, along with excellent long-term partnership and in-house prospects.
