Job Title: Executive – Credit Control
Location: Nariman Point / Masjid Bunder, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary:
The Executive – Credit Control is responsible for managing customer credit accounts, ensuring timely billing and collections, and maintaining a healthy cash flow. The role focuses on monitoring receivables, minimizing financial risks, and maintaining strong client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer credit limits and payment terms
Ensure timely invoicing of transport/freight services
Monitor outstanding receivables and aging reports
Follow up with clients for overdue payments
Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with operations team
Perform account reconciliation
Prepare reports on collections and overdue accounts
Identify risky accounts and recommend corrective actions
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of accounts receivable
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com / Finance background
2–5 years of relevant experience (logistics industry preferred)
Key Objective:
To ensure timely collection of receivables, reduce outstanding dues, and support effective cash flow management.
