CLIENT: 35 year old Real Estate Firm with record of successful completion of multiple residential high rise projects in UP & Uttarakhand.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Executive to manage the digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. The role includes content creation, basic graphic design, reels/video editing, and regular coverage of site progress, events, and office activities
Key Responsibilities:
• Create daily/weekly posts, stories, reels, and short videos.
• Cover site progress, handovers, walkthroughs, events, office culture, etc.
• Write captions, hashtags, and engagement-focused content.
2. Social Media Management
• Manage SGs Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
• Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice.
• Respond to comments/messages professionally.
• Monitor competitor content & trends.
3. Basic Design & Editing
• Create simple graphics for posts and stories.
• Edit reels, videos, and photographs (even smartphone footage).
• Work with the outsourced agency for larger creative campaigns.
4. Coordination
• Coordinate with project teams for:
• site updates
• milestone photos
• customer testimonials
• handover visuals
• Coordinate with HR for internal events & culture posts.
• Ensure timely approvals and posting calendars.
KPIs / Performance Indicators
• Growth in followers (Instagram + LinkedIn).
• Consistent posting (minimum 5 posts/week + stories).
• Reels/views performance.
• Engagement rate improvement.
• Quality and frequency of site-content updates.
Desired Incumbent:
• Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn trends.
• Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop preferred).
• Video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere basic).
• Good communication skills.
• Creative thinking + storytelling ability.
• Interest in real estate content is a plus.
Annual Compensation: 6-8 LPA
