Job Description
The Executive Director, Homelessness and Housing Support leads strategy, stakeholder collaboration and operational management toward preventing, responding to and ending homelessness in Victoria.
This role oversees the Homelessness and Housing Support branch within Homes Victoria and its responsibility for designing, developing and implementing programs to end homelessness. The role leads the strategic homelessness reform ambition of Homes Victoria.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Lead a best practice culture, build teams that learn from and support each other to ensure they are invested in their own, and each other's development.
Lead a strong and evidence-based approach to homelessness and housing support in partnership with key stakeholders and service providers.
Lead and execute new strategies relating to Victoria's homelessness and social housing services.
