Represent CRRC in the community, increasing awareness and support for our work
Financial & Operational Management

Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the Treasurer and Board
Oversee financial tracking, program budgets, and reporting
Ensure effective day-to-day operations, systems, and processes
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and policies
Board & Governance

Work closely with the Board of Directors to support governance and strategic planning
Provide regular updates on programs, finances, and community needs
Support the Board in advancing CRRC’s long-term vision
What You Bring

Experience in nonprofit, community-based, or social services leadership (minimum 5+years or equivalent experience)
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
Comfort working in a hands-on environment, balancing strategy with day-to-day involvement
Experience with budgeting, funding, and grant processes
A collaborative, adaptable approach and sound judgment
A genuine commitment to supporting the community and helping CRRC meet the evolving needs of those we serve
Why This Role Matters
