Job Description
Operation & Maintenance of utility systems( like HVAC, Water System, Refrigeration system, Air Compressor, PSA Nitrogen, Cooling Tower, Boiler, DG Sets, etc.) as per SOP.
Maintenance of Plant & Machinery as per SOP.
To take care of day to day engineering activities (like routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, modification) in plant & utilities.
Compliance to Safety Procedures, cGMP & SOPs.
To maintain the documents of Maintenance work &Coordination of interdepartmental activities with colleagues.
Revenue & Capex Budget preparation, tracking and control.
To participate in vendor and regulatory audits.To carry out Change control, unplanned & planned deviation, CAPA review report, Document retention, Audit response, review of SOP’s.
