Job Description
Accounts : Ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable and accounts payable with proper filing system. Continuous monitoring of credit period and credit limit of the customers.
· Stocks : Monitoring the flow of Inventory and ensuring proper documentation. Reporting negative stock on Monthly basis
· Bank : Checking Bank Reconciliation Statement . Preparation of monthly projected pay plan in order to ascertain the fund requirements . collection for performance warranty Deposit and EMD. Experience in handling LC’s, B.G’s & MODT’s.
· Indirect Tax : Checking GST on a monthly basis, filing of Monthly GSTR 1, 3B report. Reconcilation of 2A & 2B Report. Making TDS payment on Monthly basis.
· Income Tax : TDS Quarterly Returns . Presentation of MIS reports indicating the profitability and growth prospects
· Purchase : Payable Management include maintaining a level of credit from the vendors. Responsible for maintaining all Letter of Credit, Purchase Order, Pricelist, Way Bills / Register Updates. Age wise creditors segregation for payment & Age wise Debtors segregation for receipts. Troubleshoot all vendor problems & address issues like defective or unacceptable goods or services, delivery delays etc and resolve problems without compromising the relationship between the vendor and the company. Checking EPF and ESIC monthly & half-yearly/ Annual Statements

Required Candidate profile
· Good command over both written and spoken English
· Knowledge of MS Office and other basic computer skills along with working knowledge in Tally ERP +
· Demonstrated record in driving execution and delivering on the business commitments.
Must be located in Chennai
· Experience : 1 to 5 years
· Salary – 3,00,000/- P.A
· Candidate should be a commerce graduate.
