Your Role
As a Finance – Executive (Accounts Payable) at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process — from invoice verification to reconciliation and payouts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely vendor and owner payments, and supporting smooth financial operations across teams.
About You
• 1–2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Create and send monthly owner statements accurately and on time.
• Reconcile owner ledgers and resolve any statement-related queries.
• Perform weekly reconciliation of F&B and Events vendor accounts.
• Address and resolve vendor queries regarding payments or invoicing.
• Record invoices for both owners and vendors in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process payout files in accordance with due dates.
• Manage invoice approvals in line with internal policies and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for invoice validation and follow-ups.
• Maintain well-organized records of transactions for audits and compliance.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closure tasks.
