Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Strategist to lead our efforts in South Asia telecom clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, expand revenue, and deliver measurable value.
• Manage invoicing, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration to meet client KPIs and ensure seamless execution of solutions and services.
• Foster customer engagement, relationship building, and governance across all levels to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within accounts to drive business growth.

Deliverables
• Multi-year account growth and revenue expansion with measurable value delivery.
• Strategic account plans and governance models aligned with telecom operator needs.
• Cross-functional team management with focus on training, retention, and utilization.
• Delivery of high-quality solutions and services including PoCs and group-wide rollouts.
