Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Contribute to in-depth financial analysis and produce reports to provide valuable insights into financial performance.
• Administer and maintain accounting systems, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency. Employ accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, and other tools to handle financial transactions and reports.
• Guarantee compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with stakeholders in various accounting processes.
• Compile and examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, a bachelor's degree in Commerce or CA Inter, and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Strong time management and organizational skills, basic knowledge of TDS, GST & PF/ ESI, and excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
