Accounting Manager Position
This role oversees the management of accounting functions across various entities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with multiple operating entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Reconcile balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business growth.
• Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely processing and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee QuickBooks setup and maintenance for all entities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity environments.
• Expertise in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools.
