Job Responsibilities :
• Overall responsibility for Reception Area, and managing the Front Office.
• Handling the telephone Extension Board.
• Domestic Air Travel Booking and International travel coordination.
• Coordinating in railway tickets booking.
• Travel Booking record maintenance, verification of bills, processing for payments.
• Guest Houses Bookings, allotment coordination.
• New joining logistic management at Head office,
• Coordinating on Event celebrations such as Birth Day and other official events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job specifications
• Having 3 - 8 years work experience in front officeand Travel Management.
• Good communication skills; Verbal and Written
Qualifications :
• Graduations / BA / BSC / BCom, / MA / MCom.
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE word, excel, power point
