Job Title: Executive - Government Affairs Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with completion and submission of label registration applications across, to meet the registration timeline.
• Track the status of label submissions, approvals and provide timely updates.
• Maintain and optimize the label artwork approval tool to ensure proper archiving of all label versions and maintain traceability.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing teams to ensure labels align with branding and legal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of label registration supporting documents.
• Maintain thorough records of all approved labels, changes, and related documents.
• Manage and oversee the entire label approval process.
• Maintain label registration tracker and dashboard.

Skills Required:
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, Word & Power Point.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of beer industry regulations and label approval process.
