Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the welfare of employees and workers by managing tea, lunch, and guest house grievance redressal.
- Coordinating training activities, preparing training reports, maintaining training trackers, and skill matrices.
- Managing contract labour deployment and attendance tracking to ensure compliance.
- Preparing daily manpower and compliance reports, sharing them with the Head Office team.
- Providing necessary scanned documents for UAN and ESIC audits.
- Maintaining master MIS for vendor and labour expenses.
- Effectively handling grievances of employees and labour.
- Implementing HR policies such as suggestion policy, leave policy, OT policy, travel policy, and R&R policy.
- Coordinating with vendors for daily manpower needs and managing bills for various services.
The qualification required for this role is an MBA in HR, MSW, or equivalent in HR.
