Job Brief:
We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Roles & Responsibility:
Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process.
Generate offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates issue them.
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, Attendance, Salary.
Update internal databases with new hire information.
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents.
Publish and remove job ads.
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
Develop training and onboarding material.
Follow up for the clearance certificate and ensure final settlement is done within standard.
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits. (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Skill Set:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR of relevant industry.
Should have knowledge of Statutory Compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity & PT.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular), Excel proficiency must.
Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field.
Elementary communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of social media. (Linkedinn Must)
Knowledge of Job portals like Indeed, Naukri, Monster etc.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
