Job Description
• Handling of employee life cycle at the Corporate Office.
• Requirement coordination, Talent Acquisition, Administration & Operation, HRIS for Corporate Office .
• Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
• Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
• Induction & Joining Formalities
• Coordinate the Induction and Orientation programs for the New Recruits
• Monthly MIS for all the activities in the prescribed formats
Required Candidate Profile
• Any Graduate with MBA in HR (Part time of Full time), 3 to 4 years of experience in handling corporate HR.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process for Corporate Location.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of Induction process.
• Candidate should have strong negotiation & communication skill.
