1. Draft the Job Description and share with the consultant to obtain the desired CV's.
2. Screening of CV's with matching of the organization needs.
3 Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring against open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
4. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
5. Implements joining formalities and new hire orientation.
6. Keep a update of employees data in personal file and employee masters.
7. Facilitates the Mediclaim process i.e. GPA, GMC, GTL in terms of addition, deletion, endorsement records, quotations & renewals.
8. Key coordinator & presiding officer of ICC-POSH.
Education - B.Com or BBA / MBA or M.Com or MSW
Experience - 3+years
Budget - 4.30LPA
