KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

- Assisting the HR in upkeep and maintainance of various documents and files.

- Preparing drafts for various correspondence as per the requirement. Conducts various welfare activities. - Filing up various annual returns and other form/formats related to the various statutory requirements.

- Maintaining various records related to training/ induction/counselling/greivances etc.

- Ensures timely updates in database of all services agreements & contracts Maintains and updates (regularly) the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

- Mainataining and preparing documents as and when required for the audits and legal compliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
