1 Understand JD
2 Sourcing CV for open RRF from various channels
3 Send email to HR agency about open positions
4 Ensure that all agency use only HR portal for submitting CV.
5 Upload CV in Ekatm
6 Ekatm VWB, Ekatm HR working Modules, HR module and Admin module, Purchase module Training
7 Work with digital team to update open vacancies on Vritti website
8 Work with digital team for job posting through digital marketing
+ HR interview of the candidate & HR screening of CV
10 Coordination with department for further CV screening and interviews
11 Prepare salary comparison
12 Salary negotiation
13 Prepare offer letter
14 Employee confirmation letter & appointment letter
15 User creation
16 Employee on boarding, document collection and Induction
17 Process agency invoice
18 Identify new HR agency and get those registered through Central HR
1+ Giving plant access to employees
20 Employee Exit Process & formalities
21 Exit flow through Ekatm
22 MIS report preparation & presentation
