Job Description
Effectively coordinate with Suppliers, Technology, and Plants to achieve material development milestones. Review project completion timelines and take necessary actions to meet timelines. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports to facilitate monitoring the progress of projects and control.
Job Responsibilities
Arranging Core Team Meetings for relevant RMs .
- Follow up for Samples and relevant Documents for alternate and new RMs.
- Obtaining safety and environmental clearance from SCRC
- Updation of commercial information in MDM, getting PIP updation done by the plants
- Communicating Specifications & Test Methods to suppliers
- Monitoring & influencing specification agreement with suppliers
- Obtaining Price Quotation Format from the supplier
- Getting confirmation for PEL from SCRC and sending plan request to Planning Dept for getting the plan allocation
- Placement of order to supplier and attaching relevant documents to OPTIVA
- Follow-up for material receipt ,QI PEL/PTL, PTL feedback report, VAS & I/C sheet release
- Maintenance of ISO records & JVC processes in ARIS
- Preparing VD projects report ,Daily reports , MR report, SERE Report, SLM Report
- Work on IT improvement projects
- Actively participate and complete assigned projects.
- Exploring New vendors for the raw material based on the request from purchase and technology team.
