Qualification & Experience
- LLB/LLM/CS with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Desired Skills
- In-depth knowledge of laws
- Keen sensitivity to urgent deadlines
- Solution oriented, having the drive for getting the solution to a given problem while looking at the bigger picture.
- Quick learner with the ability to multi-task, and balance priorities and shifting deadlines
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
• Job Profile
- To draft the cases.
- To ensure that legal documents are drafted reviewed and interpreted as per applicable laws
- To ensure that all legal opinions and advice commissioned are stored in the legal advice database
- Provide support on Legal Research projects and process maintenance activities.
- Assist the senior officers to handle disciplinary committee and disciplinary cases of IIIPI.
• Nature of Employment
- On Contract basis for a period of Three year as full-time employment (Renewable thereafter at discretion of IIIPI)
• Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
