MJD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to join a prestigious global law firm in Sydney CBD. The firm provides a professional and inclusive culture that fosters collaboration throughout.

Curious about what this role involves?
In this role, you will provide high-quality support to two senior partners within the Intellectual Property team, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of the practice. This is not your average LA position—you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including;
Extensive diary & travel management
Preparing presentations, pitches, bids and tenders
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Intellectual Property practice
Handling client communications and arrange meetings
Compiling briefs, court documents, and handle online filings
Assisting with billing and expense coordination.
Do you display the following skillset?
Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience in a similar legal assistant role, within a litigation or IP team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Capability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using MS Suite, billing & filing systems
