Roles & Responsibilities :
• Build Strong Last mile network and team.
• Manage the rider / delivery boy operations of the area(s) allocated.
• Ensure adequate supply of riders / delivery boys as per demand plan.
• Training, on boarding & payout management of riders / delivery boys.
• Build value proposition through different activities, partnerships or benefit offerings.
• Drive Metrics like Orders per hour, Earnings per hour and Cost per order.
• Drive High performance & customer focused culture.
• Provide support to the city and central team during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
