The roles and responsibilities include all the disbursed cases of School loan and student loan customers' KYC documents to be uploaded into the Government portal, Daily MIS of the cases uploaded into the portal to be shared, The data entry of the customer and kyc docs upload to be done within 10 days of the loan disbursement. To share discrepancies in any KYC docs with the branch and the Sales Ops team for rectification.
