Urgent Opening for the Executive / Sr. Executive (Account and finance ) at Gurgaon (Sec-18)
Job Description:-
Designation: - Executive / Sr. Executive (Account and finance)
Location:- Gurgaon (sec-18)
Qualification :
Essential - B.Com (Hons), M-Com.
Additional Preferred – CA (Inter)/MBA/ICWA
Experience Require: Minimum 3-7 Years (RELEVANT )
Salary: - As Per Company Standard
Complete Set of Key Result Areas of the position:
1. Maintenance of Accounts of Indian Company in ERP/
2. Maintenance of Foreign company in Quick Books
3. Knowledge of GST filing with regard to filing of GSTR-1/3B, GST Reconciliation (GSTR +C), Annual Return (GSTR +) and other compliance.
4. Verification of Purchase bills and its accounting in ERP.
5. Preparation of various MIS, i.e. Fund flow, Pending payment, P&L a/c, Crs Statement
6. TDS deduction and return filing and other Statutory compliances.
7. Verification of Tour Bills and its accounting.
8. LC/BG documentations
+. ROC documentation
10. Import/Export Accounting & documentation
11. Vendors Payments and Staff Claims & reimbursements and F&F, Cash Disbursement
12. Reconciliation of Banks, Debtors, Creditors and its accounting, Branch & HO Accounting.
13. Raising the Invoices in ERP and issuance of E-way bill.
Skills: Professional skills related to job required
Technical / Functional
1. Updated Knowledge of ERP & Quick Books Accounting software, TDS rates, Computer savvy, GST/TDS filing,
Behavioral
2. Good communication, soft spoken, foster team spirit, and able to work in a team, pleasing personality
Managerial
3. Ability to handle the work pressure.
