Position Summary
We are seeking a highly trusted, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide direct, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and personal priorities seamlessly.
The ideal candidate anticipates needs, protects the CEO’s time, and acts as a reliable right hand—ensuring day-to-day operations, schedules, and commitments run smoothly so the CEO can focus on strategy, leadership, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support & Time Management
Manage and protect the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and priorities
Coordinate meetings, calls, and reminders
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
Prepare daily or weekly schedules and priority summaries
Communication & Coordination
Manage emails, messages, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
Serve as a gatekeeper for requests, scheduling, and information flow
Draft emails, notes, and basic documents as needed
Liaise with internal team members and external contacts
Personal & Administrative Support
Assist with personal scheduling, errands, and logistics as assigned
Organize documents, files, and important records
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Support special projects and ad hoc requests
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making
Maintain professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
Tech-savvy (email, calendars, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a CEO, executive, or business owner
Comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
